1. How do I care for/maintain specimens?

2. When are orders dispatched?

We dispatch orders promptly. If you would like delivery for a specific date please advise and we will aim to meet your request. Please note however that we are unable to send living and frozen items to arrive on a Monday. Please also notify us of any half term or holiday dates when orders cannot be accepted.

3. How are orders dispatched?
Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post or by courier depending on weight and value and urgency. If you require a delivery service other than offered please email to see if an alternative is available.

4. How do I pay for my order?

Payment can be made by PayPal safely through our website. We are able to invoice educational establishments on receipt of an order number. Secure debit/credit card payments are made via PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account.

5. Can order if I am not from an educational establishment?

Yes we are happy to accept orders from private individuals but payment must be made with order.

6. Can I order if I am outside the UK?
We are happy to send orders to european countries but please note that the delivery charges on the website do not apply to international orders. Please email for a full quote and then payment can be made via PayPal through our website.

7. How long does it take to receive orders from the Carolina catalogue?

We place  orders monthly for items from the Carolina catalogue to reduce costs so please allow 2 - 4 weeks. If you require an order more urgently please email for details.

8. Carolina products are priced in dollars. How do I get a sterling cost?
